Drink lots of water, get on a treadmill, turn up the speed and keep sweating it out

If you are asking about an alternate drug, then get a prescription for a Sulfonylurea - oral medication that works just as good as insulin (if you are producing any or your own) - it works so well it can take you low enough to kill you which is why it isn't prescribed widely anymore, but it is available
