Hi All, I Was Told By My Dieticians That I Can Drink Coke Without Sugar And Caffeine Free, But With Me Injecting 3x A Day My Sugar Is High

Hi @A DiabetesTeam Member,
Caffeine free Coke zero or similar products should not affect your blood glucose numbers.

It sounds like you need to do a bit of the hard work and slowly cut your carbs.

It also sounds like your doctor needs to work closely with you to adjust your insulins dosages.
