Because you have crappy Medicare? 😁

It's covered where I live (Ontario) but I also pay at least triple the taxes of most US residents so it's not like it's actually "free"

A part C medicare advantage plan is all but useless for those of us with chronic conditions.
Part N, Part F, Part G have a deductible that must be met.
Part N only works in the USA. Part F and Part G some things outside the USA too.

Parts F, G, N have much better coverage Than Part C, medicare advantage. But, you will also need a Part D for prescriptions. But there is no donut hole to deal with. Choose the right Part D plan for your prescriptions.

I use a broker for my medicare needs. He is great.

Good luck,
Medicare advantage, Part C works for those with no chronic conditions.

If I had medicare advantage, it would vacumn out my bank account, because of all my chronic conditions.
