Hi For The Last Few Days I Have Just Been Feeling Hungry All The Time. What Is The Reason For That
Have you eaten some sweets or carbs.
Eating sweets creates sweet cravings.
Eating carbs creates carb cravings.
Have you been more active than usual.
And the unexplored area, of partial dehydration.
When I am not at optimal hydration, I get hunger pangs. So sip more water. 3-5 litres per day is recommended for most people. Add back electrolytes as needed.
