Yes thats what I think! I was only Taking Trulicity once a week and they were even higher. I've only been taking the insulin since the first of January. I feel like I need to find another doctor. The Trulicity is $1500 a month so I am on a low income program where I get it cheaper. That is the only reason I've stuck with the same doctor but she would have never added the insulin if I hadn't asked what else we could do. I feel like I need to become a doctor just to figure this out.

If your blood sugar is typically "around 200" you need a lot more meds than that. If you are maxed out on the Trulicity the Doc should be adding a different class of medication or suggesting a Bolus Insulin as well (and up dosing your Basil if 10 units is not getting your down closer to 126 overnight)
