They could be but unless you were diabetic for years before you were diagnosed that is unlikely - most diabetic complications take a few years of high blood sugar to develop
But as always, see your Doctor and get it checked out
i developed some on my feet and calves, its becsuse i went out of my range which is 80 to 180 so now i check before i eat and after and also count my caloeies , my dr. gave me so ammonium lactate 12%. from cvs.
