I sweat with a hypoglycemic event, a hypo, low blood glucose level. My vision blurs, I am blessed with nausea, the shakes, extreme irritability, and want to sleep.

I know better so I treat immediately. Then follow up.

As Henry notes, sweating (if diabetes related) is a sign of low blood sugar or a "sugar crash" where you sugars were super high and dropped (some drastic level) quickly
