Try slowly cutting your carbs. Do some of the hard work, the heavy lifting.

You would need to talk to your doctor he can advise you how to adjust your insulin.

I do 53 units of insulin.plus 6 units of a helper. Plus medication. But ask ur doctor. Unless he or she told u to keep going till ur numbers go down.
