What's Causing Cramp Hands & Feet? Is It Lack Of Magnesium

Could be.also consider peripheral neuropathy,vitamin B deficiency.Rheumatoid or osteo arthritis.......if you try eating magnesium rich food like banana and no improvement see doc blood test needed

I used to have lots of cramps in my legs. Everytime I asked a doctor, I got no answers. I found some relief by taking magnesium, potassium and calcium supplements. I used to take a medical potassium medicine but they quit making it. It worked great. There are lots of products on the market and I don't trust most of them. Getting a blood test won't be very helpful because you can't draw blood when the cramp is occurring.

I totally agree with Pandapat. Be hard to pin point without lab work. So many different issues mimic the same symptoms
