What Can I Do About My Neuropathy? Cramps Every Morning. I Walk 20 Minutes A Day. Will Compression Socks Help?

@A DiabetesTeam Member hi I used the compression sock did great now dr say I need to wear them for now also I have been given medicine no more cramps for now that dr. said hold off till the start up again ask your dr.

I use Compression socks ( make sure they are not too tight or too lose..they should feel firm and comfortable) I also have a foot spa ( I forget to use lol) I also have foot pumps. I use Lidocaine patches.. you can have them prescribed for a higher dose...or you can buy them for the back..it's a big sheet so cut them in half. You can put them on the tops or the bottoms of your feet or one on the top and one on the bottom...if you have it in your calf too put one in the front back or both..they really help. I wish you luck in finding what works for you.
