Talk to your Doctor

There are some really good seasonal allergy shots that work well for the more common allergies

Not Breathing until mid-summer would also work but not really a good option 😁

I know my boys allergy specialist told me not to hang their laundry on the clothesline because of pollen. A simple thing that helps. 🙂

I have lost approx 100lb. and was taken off all diabetic meds so they no longer interfere with other meds. However, I am still on most of my heart meds, sone of which interfere with antihistamines. The pharmasist suggested a low doe antihistamines and start taking them daily, start taking them approx 2 wk before allergy season.

I go to a ear nose and throat dr. They have prescribed Zertec with my morning meds and Flonase. Before bed Singulair and Pataday. This seems to work well for me. But it was prescribed by my doctor. I would not take anything over the counter unless it is prescribed for you.
