Please do take care of yourself... I have chronic kidney disease and have to be aware of everything I eat. For the past four months have been a disaster; specially when you are not in your environment nor your kitchen. Have a blessed night 🙏.

Hi John597... My advice is to learn how to read labels and understand the combinations within everything. And always balance your meals, keep away from sodium, potassium and carbs.
Unfortunately diabetes 2 seems to call chronic kidney disease. Have a blessed day 🙏.

I've already had a kidney transplant about 4 years ago.

I use a free app called Fatsecret on my laptop. It adds up different categories that you choose from like carbs, sodium, fat, fiber, cholesterol, protein, etc..... and of course, calories. It also tracks weight loss. There may be better apps out there, not sure, I got this one before I had a smart phone. It works for me -but does take time.
