I Am A Snacker. Any Suggestions For Some Good Options For A Wee Bite Between Meals?

My go to snack food is a "two good" yogurt with a spoon full of good quality granola or a few blueberries

I go with peanuts or cashews - but really be careful - lot's of great fat in them but it's still fat so tons of calories if you go for more that what fits in a cupped palm

Or a slice of real cheese

So any protein with as much healthy fat as you can find is the best snacks for blood sugar AND helping you feel full enough to make it to dinner
