Does Anyone Drink Sparkling Water I Had Friend Tell Me About La Croix But Not Impressed With Flavors I Try So Far
I don't like the taste of any of the sparkling waters, soda water - blah - tastes kinda musty to me and I don't really like carbonated beverages anyhow (prefer British or Irish beer over anything else - no bubbles) π
But don't just like drinking water either. There is a ton of those individual powders or little squeezy bottles of flavours (for the jogging crowd) - up my way they have whole section in the Pop Aisles (that Soda Aisle for those south of the Border - Canada Border that is) π
And they are all zero carb stuff - just flavouring and some artificial sweetener
I know what you mean about sparkling water my mind thinks it's gonna taste a certain way and then after the first drink it is not what I was thinking. Have tried the packets you put into the water bottle they are pretty good I get the Zero Sugar. As far as the beer goes I am on day 1,933 (5 years 3 months 17 days sober so that would not be a option for me.
Thank you Becky5 enjoy the day and weekend

@A DiabetesTeam Member Yeah, I drink sparkling water and like a lot of the flavors and brands. I get indigestion if I drink too much sparkling water-so drink only one can a day. I recently read that 4-5 cups, a day, of green tea is good for us. So I have been steeping 4 green tea bags in a glass pot each day and pour it over ice throughout the day. Works for me.
