Here is some Low Glycemic Index Fruits

Low GI means they spike your sugar "less" than another choice BUT you still have to watch portion size

So a "single" medium sized apple is about all the (total carbs) any of us could manage in a 3 or 4 hour period - which means you eat "no other carbs" with the apple, it's not "safe" to eat the apple after eating (carbs) for lunch or supper

For the higher GI fruit like a Mango (but still at/under a GI of 50 making it "low" - ok 51, close enough) - 1/2 a mango may be all any of us could handle without blowing our blood sugar up

Low GI/Blood Sugar Friendly only means "less dangerous" than other options, NOT you can eat a "few" and be fine
