Have you checked your blood sugar?

Unless it is "low" then your symptoms may have nothing to do with diabetes

I just now saw this post, certain medications can cause what's called nervousness. If you are on medication for breathing problems, like rescue inhalers, nebulizers, and certain allergy meds can cause nervousness. If you've checked your BS and its fine, could be a medication causing it. If it's making you feel uncomfortable, then please go have it checked out at the ER

Feeling very shaky after breakfast could be a sign of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Here are some common symptoms of hypoglycemia:

- Sweating
- Lightheadedness or dizziness
- Shakiness
- Pale skin
- Headache
- Hunger or nausea
- Fast heartbeat
- Irritability

To manage this, you can:
