I never feel hungry first thing in the morning but I eat a yogurt to mitigate the effects of the metformin I take. Later on in the morning I can actually face real food.

Depression drugs can do that. If it’s slowing your digestion it may explain why your not hungry in the morning. I take Calm at night helps my constipation and my muscle cramps and restless leg. It’s a form of magnesium that is metabolized easily.

Yes for me after Lunch
