I checked the guys website and I would personally say it's "legit"

The process he discusses that is used was identified in two really big studies, one in the UK and one in the US over the past 15 or 20 years.

Both concluded that a low carb diet combined with weight loss if needed, is often enough to put Type 2 into remission in about 80% of people that stick with the program and particularly if it is managed by some type of medical professional

So it sounds like a totally reasonable program.

On a national level one (very similar) exists in a couple of Canadian Provinces free of charge and the entire UK is covered by a special program as well using the same (method) that Dr. Burkes is advertising as his method
