Water will help bring down high BS as will exercise. Exercise for me means pickleball as well as line dancing. My daughter and I have also walked down to the city pool the last few days and I had a day where I was down to a BS of 119 after swimming which is the lowest it's been in a while (even with taking Ozempic and being on Dexcom G7).

If you have already altered your diet you need to talk to your doctor. You may need an adjustment to your diabetic meds
