Yes, citrus is on the low glycemic index fruits you can eat, berries also. Mandarins does contain potassium, so if your potassium is elevated, don't eat many.

I can usually eat 2 of them as a snack - depending on size/ripeness an average mandarin will be just a hair under 10 Net Carbs
