I like the product as a replacement - it is made by Abbott who also make the Libre Sensor System - they know diabetes

Not only is it a Diabetes friendly for most at 14 net carb meal replacement, it's also packed full of vitamins and minerals

Most of do way worse in our meal choices than chugging one of these back instead

- High-Fiber Foods: Include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and seeds to help you feel full longer.
- Lean Protein: Incorporate chicken, salmon, beans, or nuts at every meal to prevent hypoglycemia and keep you fuller.
- Healthy Snacks: Opt for vegetables with hummus or fresh fruit with peanut butter.
- Hydration: Drink water first when feeling hungry, as thirst can be mistaken for hunger.

Always consult with your doctor or dietitian before making significant changes to your diet.

I drink 1 for meal replacement, if I'm not in a mood to eat. They taste great also.
