Hi, I take magnesium in the early evening & 5mg of melatonin before bed & I don’t notice changes in my blood sugar. That’s my experience.

Hello @A DiabetesTeam Member my provider suggested to take magnesium at bedtime as it helps with sleep and the melatonin is something our bodies produce naturally, maybe something else is going on.
