I use my Fitbit app

I use an Excel Spread sheet - worked especially well for meals because I set it up to tell me my "remaining" calories etc at the bottom (see pic)

This is cropped to just show dinner and the totals - the page can get long

(see if this posts up properly)

Not clear but the columns are Calories, Fat, SatFat, TransFat, etc - whatever you want to track
