Currently, MyHealthTeam is actively working on implementing a direct messaging feature across its communities. Until this feature is available, you can privately share your contact information with another member by creating a post directly on that member's page, including your email address or phone number. This information will be hidden from the rest of the community and only visible to you, the recipient, and the page owner.

Important Notes:
- This privacy measure applies to wall posts and comments within the same post on another member's page.
- Sharing your information in a regular post, not specifically on someone's page, will be visible to everyone.

We do have a monthly meeting (ambassadors, community managers and the IT dude/dudettes) and it is an ongoing topic

They are doing a decent job - far more usability then we even had a year ago - and private messaging is on the "to do" list
