The USA number is mg/dL.
Most of the world uses mmol/L.

The magic conversion number is 18.

Divide the mg/dL USA number by 18 and get mmol/L.
126 ÷ 18 = 7.0 mmol/L

Multiply the mmol/L number by 18 and get the USA number in mg/dL.
5.5 x 18 = 99 mg/dL

mmol/L...... mg/dL

I'm confused. My blood sugar level averages between 150 and 170. What is this 7.2 number please. I can see it being an A1C result but you're saying things like it's 7.2 in the morning and 14. in the afternoon. I have no idea what you mean. Please explain.
