I walk 20 or so minutes per day. I listen to music to make it fun. Walking stimulates blood flow in the feet and legs. Neuropathy is a nerve condition and the nerves need the influx and nourishment of blood to be healthy. I also do toe raises and squats without weights. They are not very strenuous. Not enough oxygenated blood flow reaches the feet. Using a foot spa with water jets helps also. You did help Larry, staying sedentary aggravates the condition.

So sorry, I have Neuropathy and what works best for me is keeping my numbers in a good range, and taking medication for it. My best regards to you.
