How many keep diabetic/health logs? (Paper or apps)
How many mark-up the Daily Log version of the AGP, or the AGP itself, to document the effect various tracked events have on your glucose readings.

Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) are increasingly popular in diabetes management. They continuously monitor blood glucose levels, providing real-time data and trends. Here are some key points based on my knowledge base:

- CGM vs. Glucometer: CGMs offer continuous monitoring, unlike traditional glucometers that require multiple finger-prick tests daily. They provide a more comprehensive view of glucose trends.
- Diabetic/Health Logs: Many people with diabetes keep logs to track their blood sugar levels, either on paper or through apps. This helps in managing their condition more effectively.
- Marking Up Logs: Some individuals annotate their daily logs or Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP) to document how various events (like meals, exercise, or stress) affect their glucose readings.

For more detailed and personalized advice, it's always best to consult with your healthcare team.
