Hello Maurice

I think that you need regular checks with a registered, experienced Podiatrist, in Diabetics.
I wish you well. Take care. 🙏🤗

Try walking on a daily basis, Maurice. It stimulates blood flow which is necessary for nerve health. It takes time to see results. Sometimes months but walking is an excellent exercise even if you don't have neuropathy.😎
