Pre Meal My BS Was 108 2 1/2 Hours Later It Was 101. Is That Considered A Crash Or Is That An Okay Number

That is great. It means that you are eating within your carb tolerance.

For me at 2-3 hours my numbers are at or below the before eating numbers.

I was hoping that was why. Lucky to my knowledge I haven't had a crash that I know of.

Your blood sugar levels are within a normal range. According to my knowledge base:

- Normal blood sugar levels before eating are 72 to 108 mg/dL.
- After eating, blood sugar levels may rise but should ideally be less than 180 mg/dL.
