Having Diabetes Is So Stressful

It's true it is stressful. I find it particularly stressful when it comes to organizing myself to eat healthy food. But I realized that taking two hours a week to organise and decide what I will eat the entire week, helps a lot and reduce that stress.
I would also advise you to get family and friends on board, to support you when it comes to making the right choices about what to eat.
