New studies show that there is no correlation between dietary cholesterol from eggs and blood cholesterol levels for the majority of people. This has been my personal finding as well. Statin keeps my levels very low.
I eat eggs almost daily and have for quite a while. There have been many studies to disapprove the association between consuming 1-2 eggs daily and blood cholesterol levels and also cardiovascular risk.
