My levels run in the 300's. I tried Ozempic and thought the pain was not worth it.

Moderation is a good approach. Research. I use Google to find out the best foods for diabetics and the worst. Move. Don't burden yourself with stressful exercise. Walking and just generally moving. And, if you fall off the wagon and have that donut get back on and treat yourself as you would treat a loved one. With kindness and not criticism. See you around, Todd.

One step at a time. If you have to change one thing. As an example If you drink coffee with sugar cut out the sugar. If you eat pasta cut back on the pasta you eat ect. Add veggies to your diet canned, frozen or fresh whichever work for you. Try to avoid rice, pasta, potatoes, sugared cereal. Also avoid cakes, cookies, pies and other sweets. You can always ask questions on here someone will answer.
