FEAR!....of what to do (or not to do), what comes next and why it can't be fixed. Everything we eat or use is more expensive than what the norm uses or consumes. Grocery stores do not cater to diabetic needs enough and charge too much for our needs. Others deal promotional gimmicks. All of this while we live in fear!
