I Would Like To Know More About Bernerine. What Is The Best Brand To Take To Make Sure There's No Gi Upset.
I can't take metformin. The side effects are horrible.
The therapeutic dosage for berberine is 500mg. It should be dosed before each meal.
I find 400mg 1-2x a day has fewer gastro effects for me.
I normally do 400mg 1x a day.

The stomach issues generally last for up to a couple of months. They might revisit when dosages are increased for another month.
