As a fellow diabetes and not as an expert, I will not be too upset about the high reading in the morning. Seeing that it drops down to low readings by dinner time, you could maybe pay attention to what you eat at dinner time and at what time do you eat dinner. To 'manage the stress' about this process, I try to obtain a good average (between low and an acceptable high) for the day. Good luck and best wishes.
