Good morning warriors.

For me a few nuts or an egg hits the spot. They hardly affect my 2 hour blood glucose number. But some of the protein is quickly converted to glucose if needed. Kind of like a safety net.

I also love a few blueberries, or blackberries, or raspberries. The sweetness is a treat. A few barely touch my blood glucose numbers at 2 hours.

Just some of my goto snacks.

Good luck.

Handful of almonds, or a few of those mini bell peppers. I also call baby carrots โ€œthe new chips.โ€
