I slice an apple and two table spoons of peanut butter with it. I eat it during the day not for a noght time snack.

It "shouldn't"

Average (medium) apple is about 20'ish net carbs.

A teaspoon of PB (assuming its natural or no sugar added type) is barely 1/2 a carb, so even 3 or 4 teaspoons would only be a couple more carbs.

Most of us should be able to handle 22 - 25 carbs without issue unless we are somewhat advanced.

Dried fruit may raise your blood sugar as it has concentrated sugar.
