Good morning warriors.

1) Slowly cut your carbs. Baby steps.

2) Drop weight to the normal BMI of 18.0 to 24.9. Baby steps.

3) Exercise. Gentle low impact exercise like walking can help. Baby steps.

4)Ask your doctor and certified nutritionist for help. Baby steps.

5) Portion control. I plate all my food on a 7 inch plate before eating. Baby steps.

6) Half plate very low carb vegetables.

Quarter plate protein.

Quarter plate for: A serving of carbs, 15 net carbs.
Or a serving of fruit.
Like 1/2 a small apple, 1/2 a small pear, 1/2 a small peach, 1/2 a nectarine, a small mandarine orange. Baby steps.

7) Fiber supplement, like inuin fiber from chicory root. Baby steps.

8) Prebiotic and Probiotic. Baby steps.

9) Find the amont of calories you need to maintain weight. Your basal metabolism. Baby steps.

10) Drop your daily calorie count by 300 to 500 calories. Baby steps.

11) Calorie cycling to avoid weight loss plateaus.
2x a week eat 100 to 150 calories more than the amout of calories you need to maintain weight. Baby steps.

This is often enough to avoid your body lowering your basal metabolism. Weekly weight loss may half, but your body will not lower your basal metabolism. It will not think it is a famine time. Baby steps.

12) Find what works for you.
Then do it.
No excuses.
DO IT.
