I take it one day at a time. No overthinking, and I stick to my diet. Making sure to take my prescribed meds on time. No pain, no gain.

I'm cautious about food intake, portion control ,gymming regularly or brisk walking daily after meals and taking my meds timeously.

and walk about 5,000 + steps a day and I try to eat healthy food. Hugs from
