Great advices! In my case I can't have half of the stuff because of my diseases.

You gain weight no matter what with hypothyroidism.
Can't have nuts nor seeds of any kind with chronic kidney disease, that's including tomatoes 🍅.
Diabetes... everyone is different, but I can't have lettuce 🥬, my sugars go wild 😜.
High Potassium...damn if you do and damn if you don't. Most of the vegetables are loaded with Potassium and most of the fruits. Can only eat everything that finishes in berries 🍒, 🍓, etc.
So be aware of your diseases.
Have a blessed day 🙏.
