After some of the discussion that has been going on the past week or so where others have "purged" their teams of members that clearly are no longer participating in the group, I figured it was time to do the same

I have been here for a while and at times I can be a prolific poster (is that the correct word?) and I had collected hundreds of team members - over 700 actually

There are also chair exercises. any movement helps and I used chair exercises when I had an injury to a leg and had to mostly sit for a couple of months.

I have Type 2 diabetes and was diagnosed a few years later with CKD 3a. I'm still working on developing healthy meals that are good for both diseases. Not fun but can be done. All the best to you.
