Put him on potassium and magnesium OT sure which one he's asleep lol but the only thing that seems to work is bananas. He was so bad last night I made him eat a banana at 3am by 5am it stopped 😀👋

Place a bar of soap in the bed next to your legs at night has helped mine. I am not joking.

I can tell you what makes mind worse. Alcohol, caffeine, coffee, To much excises . I suffered this for years. Even as a child. I have worn sheets on the bed from moving so much and rubbing my legs on them. I feel sorry for my husband because I keep him awake at night. But he gets me back from his snoring. This is one reason I like working backshift because I don't get much sleep at night anyway when I am home because of my legs. I have been almost 200 pounds and when you look at my ankles I have the shinny ones around because of all the movement. I am proud to say I was 172 pounds this morning. My sugars are doing great with this weight loss.
