Dry Eyes
about 4 months ago my eyes were realy stinging and hurting me the doctor gave me eye drops which eased them up but after trying 3 different eye drops then tried a eye gel which done my eyes were much better but my whole world crashed when the doctor told me i would have to have drops for the rest of my life. not to happy about it but if it stops my eyes from stinging and hurting its a small price to pay was told by the doctor it was because of my diabetes 2
Awww bless you Steven I've just had to start injecting once a week that'll take some getting used to too. It was ok though not as bad as the thought x
Hi Steven. I had really itchy gritty eyed and bought eye drops from pharmacy. They really moisturise, soothe and refresh my eyes. It is good thst you have found that the gel works for you. That's the thing with type 2 diabetes...so many side affects apart from the main complications...thank goodness for this site where we can seek advice or simply voice an opinion.
thank you donnadee i have had to get use to putting gel in my eyes never thought i could get use to it but its a matter that i have to do it no ifs or buts
