What is best for you

Diabetic assoication numbers are as follows
4 to 10 (72 to 180)
Pre meal 4 to 7 (72 to 126)
Post meal 5 to 8 (90 to 144)
Damage starts to occure over 7 (126) so trying to stay 7 n under is best to do as possible n it is 100% possible to do so once you learn what works for you n what doesnt. Getting your a1c under 6 is the general goal those 7 is the standard but 6 n under is the ultimate goal.
