Vegetables,not corn ,carrots or potatoes,meat,seafood,fish,chicken,turkey.Fruit ,but grapes and bananas have a lot of sugar so half a banana and not to many grapes.Homemade vegetable soup,homemade tomato soup,bean soup high fiber,
