i ask this because recently i started being thirsty and urinating a lot like when i first was diagnosed

Excessive thirst and frequent urination are signs of high blood sugar
Or have you just started a new medication for diabetes or something else
The diabetes drug Jardiance can cause those (side effects) as could diuretics for High Blood Pressure just to name a couple
