Clinical Remission is possible. I have been in clinical remission for 2.5 years @A DiabetesTeam Member. No diabetes medications. My A1C has been in the low 5s.

That does not mean I can eat anything I want. I eat to my meter. I eat to TITR, time in tight range, 4.0(72) to 7.8(140).

I am limited to 5 net carbs a meal.
I control my numbers by what I don't eat.
I control my numbers by what I eat.

I still have diabetes.
I know I will always be diabetic.
But I will live the best life I can. I will not let diabetes derail me.
I got this.

I will never give up, never surrender, never ever.
You got this.
Have a wonderful day.
