Type 2 does not turn into type 1. Type 2 can be insulin dependent, but does not make you type 1.

There are specific markers for the autoimmune disease in the blood for type 1. So type 1 can be tested for.

There are more than 1 source of diabetes blindness. So do what you need to do and avoid those issues.

Control your numbers to 4.0(72) to 7.8(140) and arrest diabetes complications and comorbidities right where they are now. You can do this.

Type 2 cam turn into type one if u do not look after yourself.type 1 can cause blindness and gangrene chop your legs off.very serious.i know people that did not care and just gave up.
