50% of Diabetics end up with burning feet

What to do about it?

Get your blood sugar under great control and keep it that way so the problem doesn't get worse

Talk to your doctor about seeing a vascular specialist who can see if this can be stopped or possibly improved if it's early enough

If it gets worse and turns into pain then the Doc can give you a prescription to ease the pain but not fix the problem

That is an early sign of neuropathy. It is from a few years of "a little too high" blood sugar. You can't go back and fix the past but you can get a little more prudent today and get better blood sugar control

Sometimes you have to pay the Beast and unfortunately you may simply have to live with this - sorry
