I have eggs over a bed of greens, garnished with a few bluberries or raspberries.
Sometimes I have 2 eggs over easy over some stir-fry.
Sometimes I eat 2 eggs with sautéed vegetables.
Most of my meals look like stir-fry, eggs, soup, salads, or some combination of the above.
My net carbs are limited to 5 carbs per meal. I eat to my meter and my range is 4.0(72) to 7.8(140).
